Below are the key highlights of my human-centered design process that led to the final product. All designs and research were completed by me, but they are copyrighted by Airodigital.

Research and Ideate

In my product design process, I always begin with conducting comprehensive research. This helps me gain a better understanding of the target audience and their needs. Based on this research, I create Personas, Journey maps, and Information Architecture, which enable me to develop a more constructive approach to designing a product that meets the needs of the users.

Stakeholder Interview

When I began working on this project, I discovered that multiple stakeholders had already conducted in-depth marketing research. As my first step, I conducted one-on-one remote Zoom interviews with the stakeholders. Based on these interviews, I was able to extract some key outcomes and features that I need to focus on.

By logging into OMNI, working professionals or individual users should be able to complete basic courses and guided assignments with hands-on practice on OMNI's Sandbox. The sandbox will provid access to top AI and RPA platforms such as, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Automation Edge, Abbyy, Bot framework, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, etc.
OMNI will equip the organizations to build their in-house citizen developers with AI & RPA skills who can handle simple workflow automation, reducing the need to depend on external vendors.

Journey Map

Journey maps visualize the customer journey and help identify areas for improvement to optimize the customer experience. There were multiple journey maps, each tailored to specific stages of the customer journey. Below is for an onboarding.

Information Architecture

A clear and concise visual representation of an application's structure, content, flow, and hierarchy is essential before jumping into low fidelity wireframing.
In this context, an IA has been developed for a persona who is - an admin of the Omni app who supports the development of citizen developers within their organization, and a regular member of the Omni app who aims to improve their skills as a citizen developer.
